Invitation/confirmation letter

We as organizers of the Congress FOOD 2030: Towards sustainable agri-food systems cannot issue invitation letters. Instead, we offer you to issue a letter of confirmation. We can either confirm the acceptance of your contribution to be presented at the Congress FOOD 2030: Towards sustainable agri-food systems or your registration for the Congress FOOD 2030: Towards sustainable agri-food systems.

If you wish to receive such a letter, please register online for the congress here. Your wish to receive a confirmation letter can be indicated there.

Be aware that confirmation letters will be handed over only after payment is complete. Furthermore, please note that we can only issue such letters electronically (pdf format) and are not able to send you or the German embassy a hard copy. Also, be patient as it may take some days before you will receive the confirmation letter as an attached file.
