Registration booking terms

Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer or by credit card. Please note the information given during the online registration process. A confirmation of registration and payment will be sent after the funds have been received.

Cancellation policy:

All cancellations and amendments must be submitted in writing to the conference office (fax +49 (0)89 54 82 34-42 or by email: food2030@interplan.de) before 13 July 2018 to receive a refund of the registration fee deducting a 45.00 € cancellation fee. No refund will be made after this date, however an alternative participant’s name may be submitted.

Please note: In case that your abstract is rejected you will receive full refund of your registration fees.

Data protection notice:

The registration office INTERPLAN AG handles all personal data according to the laws of §4 under the Federal Data Protection Act. For your registration to the above mentioned congress the collecting, saving and processing of your personal data is imperative. This is done solely as a means to the organization and completion of the event. Your data will only be passed onto a third party, who is directly involved with the running of the congress and when the organizational procedure makes this necessary (operator, hotel). The legislator requires us to obtain your consent. The registration to this congress is not possible if we do not get this.

Data protection consent for participants:

I hereby declare my consent that all the information made by me to my person within the handling of the above mentioned congress is filed, saved, processed and the demands made above can correspondingly be passed onto a third party. I agree to receive information on future congresses related to the subject of this event.

Declaration of consent can be retracted at any time by sending a message to INTERPLAN AG, Landsberger Straße 155, 80687 München, Germany, info@interplan.de.

The organizers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter aspects of the conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organization nor the conference office will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The conference organizers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
