15 June 2018 - DEADLINE EXTENDED!
Deadline for abstract submission. Please note that abstracts can only be accepted if congress fees are balanced until 15 June 2018 at the latest. All submitted abstracts will be evaluated for acceptance by the members of the Scientific Board and selected participants will be notified by 13 July 2018 (DEADLINE EXTENDED!).
In case that your abstract is rejected you will receive full refund of your registration fees.
15 June 2018 - DEADLINE EXTENDED!
Deadline for registration payment of presenting authors (oral/poster).
13 July 2018 - DEADLINE EXTENDED!
The submitted abstracts will be evaluated for acceptance by the members of the Scientific Board and selected participants will be notified by 13 July 2018 (DEADLINE EXTENDED!). Please restrain from enquiries related to an acceptance/rejection of your abstract by that date.
13 July 2018
Cancellation deadline for congress registration. All cancellations and amendments must be submitted in writing to the conference office (fax +49 (0)89 54 82 34-42 or by email: food2030@interplan.de) before 13 July 2018 to receive a refund of the registration fee deducting a 45.00 € cancellation fee.
No refund will be made after this date, however an alternative participant’s name may be submitted.
